Send a check for payment ($25 per ticket) and a note with your name, address, email, phone number and the number of tickets you are purchasing to:

Request for tickets thru the mail must be received by February 11, 2023

You will not receive tickets in the mail.

When you arrive at the banquet, check in at the door we will have your name and number of tickets you purchased. You will also receive your door prize tickets at the door.
